Connect Well Kent is the Social Prescribing Service for East Kent and is part of Red Zebra Community Solutions.
Social prescribing is a way to help people make positive changes in their lives and within their communities by linking them to voluntary and community groups and other non-clinical services.
Our Social Prescribing team help people to:
- Feel more involved in the community
- Meet new people
- Make changes to improve their health and wellbeing
We offer face-to-face appointments at your home or in a community venue, where we will chat about your needs and services we can connect you with.

Who is in the Team?
Fiona Keyte MBE – Community Services Manager – Fiona has over 20 years’ experience in supporting individuals to access services and make healthier life style choices. Fiona was recognised in 2013 with an MBE for her contributions to the community.
